Yearly gas check

Every year around 30 people in the UK die because of poorly maintained gas appliances.

If you have any gas appliances in your home we will visit you once a year to inspect and service them. By law we have to carry out this work every year to make sure that the gas appliances in your home are safe to use.

We take this duty very seriously and will take legal action against any residents who do not provide access for us to carry out this vital work. We may also claim back our legal costs from you if we have to issue court proceedings.

Please look out for the letters that we will send you to arrange an appointment for this work. We will normally contact you between six and eight weeks before the anniversary date of your last inspection to arrange a visit.
