For urgent repairs call Customer Services on 0800 694 0165 during office hours, Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5 pm. We also provide a 24-hour service outside office hours for repairs emergencies only. Call 0800 694 0165 and you will be transferred.

For non urgent repairs you can report your problem online.
