Cambridge OfficeOur Neighbourhood Office at 1 St. Catharine’s Square, Cambridge looks after around 1400 homes and is the local point of contact for our residents who live in our Wherry owned and Circle 33 managed rented properties in Cambridgeshire, as well as patches in Suffolk and South Lincolnshire.

Our opening times are Monday - Friday 9am-1pm and 2pm-5pm.

How To Find Us:

Our office is located within the Kings Meadow Estate in the North West of Cambridge. A map of the area & driving directions can be found here: Wherry Cambridge Office Location Map.

Once you get to St. Catharine’s Square the office is directly opposite the postbox. Parking is available on the road at the front of the building and there also is a small car park at the rear. There are not any designated disabled spaces however parking at the front is only a few meters from the entrance door which is level access.

Can I take public transport to the office?

Yes, there are 3 regular bus routes from the city centre of Cambridge that will take you within a 5 minute walk of our office at St. Catharines Square.

These are the Citi 1 - nearest stop on Mere Way, Citi 8 - nearest stop on Histon Road (Both operated by Stagecoach)

and the 14 run by Whippet Coaches - this stops on the Meadows Estate where our office is situated.

You do not need an appointment to come to visit us at Cambridge as there is always a member of the team available, however if you wish to see a particular Officer then it is advisable to call us first to check their availability and to book our private meeting room if required.
