Specialist Housing Management
Our experienced and trained Specialist Housing Management officers provide support with claiming Housing Benefit and moving into a new property. Our teams also provide tenancy management and advice services on rent payments, repairs and anti-social behaviour.
Tenants and service users are provided with a named officer, who works closely with care and support providers to provide a service which meets their individual needs. In addition, the Specialist Housing Management team works in partnership with managing agents, who provide Housing Management services on our behalf to a wide range of client groups.
