Resident Involvement

Resident Involvement is a two way process which involves both residents (tenants and leaseholders) and South Anglia sharing ideas which allows residents to influence the decisions made in service delivery.

Sah Community Spirit Awards 2010 in LutonResident Involvement is at the heart of everything we do and our priority is to get as many residents involved improving our service delivery and customer satisfaction. We want to provide services that customers want, and to meet the needs of our diverse communities.

South Anglia is committed to making sure that tenants have a say in the decisions that affect them, their homes, and the areas they live in. We want to empower tenants to get involved at a level that suits them. We do this by offering a wide range of resident involvement activities.

South Anglia is committed to make sure that getting involved is worth your while and we will tell you what we have changed because of your involvement. Training and support is on going for all our customers.
