Garden Competition
Russet Residents Federation organise the annual tenants garden competition. The judging usually takes place over a couple of days in the summer, followed by a presentation evening towards the end of summer.
The garden competition gives every resident the chance to show off their gardens however large or small, the categories include baskets and containers, vegetables and community gardens so everyone can join in.
The judging panel usually consists of members of Russet Residents' Federation who sponsor the event and local gardening expert, Terry Shead MBE of Brookside Garden Centre.
