Estate Services
The Estate Services Team is responsible for managing the communal parts of our estates, such as maintaining the cleaning contractors and standards, estate grounds maintenance contractors and standards and the Neighbourhood Caretaker service.
This team works closely with the Customer Service Manager and the Neighbourhood Services Team to ensure our Estates maintain a high standard of cleanliness and remain a desirable place where our residents want to live.
We work closely with local residents on the above services and welcome suggestions for future work.
We are always looking for residents to volunteer for our grounds and cleaning monitoring groups.
