Approach to development
Circle is a Group which is built on the premise of strength in the centre supporting local delivery.
This ethos is equally true for the Development function, which has been aligned with the Registered Provider (RP) Group members within Circle and the strategic development agency partners with whom we have exclusive arrangements.
By aligning the Development Teams with each RP member, the Group is able to link the Development function across the core activities at a local level, ensuring that local needs and priorities are identified and wherever possible met. Input from other parts of the Group and tenant involvement is critical for the success of the Development process, as is the ability for the Development teams to build up local relationships with key developers, Local Authorities and other stakeholders.
The Development Team is able to support each local team through a centralised structure, ensuring the Group is able to maximise the benefits from its Development programme for existing Group members and Strategic Development Agency partners.
