Dalston Junction, Hackney
Dalston Junction in Hackney will see the construction of Hackney's first underground station over which a new library and shopping centre will be located.
This high density scheme will form a new transport hub and retail location for east London. Circle Anglia is developing 63 affordable homes on the site with Barratt East London.
In 2005 the London Development Agency (LDA) and Design for London developed a Masterplan for the redevelopment of two sites in Dalston, East London. At the centre of Dalson is the largest new public space created in the area for over 100 years.
