Nurturing talent
Angela Firman has worked for Circle (formerly Circle Anglia) for eight years. She was an integral part of Anglia Housing before the inception of Circle Anglia in 2005, and has been an important part of the Company Secretariat team at Circle since.
Having worked as Deputy Group Secretary for three years, last year Angela was appointed as Group Company Secretary, heading up the Company Secretariat team and strategically managing the governance for the group.
“We advertised the role both externally and internally and Angela was by far the best candidate. It is great that we have people within the organisation that have worked hard and developed steadily and have been given the opportunities to progress their career within the group” says Sarah Trota, Executive Director (People) at Circle.
