We have a number of commercial services to support local authorities, other housing associations, ALMOs and community land trusts. These partnerships help us deliver revenue to the Group that can then be re-invested in further homes and services for our customers.

Helping others build new homes. Circle is a leading provider of affordable homes. Our team of experienced housing professionals has been responsible for the development of over 6,500 properties since we were formed.

Helping create mobility for social housing residents. House Exchange is the largest not-for-profit mutual exchange site for social housing residents. Invicta Telecare, part of Circle Living, is the largest independent provider of Telecare services in the UK, delivering a real lifeline and peace of mind to over 95,000 people, helping them to remain living independently in their own homes each year. Care and support is mainly delivered through our partner Circle Support. In the last year Circle Support has been successful in gaining three stars on the Care Quality Commission’s framework for care services.
